This link works, http://www.residentialschoolsettlement.ca/Schedule_D-IAP.PDF for the evaluation of the harms these pedophiles caused to the victims of the abuse in the Indian residential schools. These points evaluations are done by the Canadian judiciary system; in charge of deciding if they did any harms at all to the Indigenous children entrusted to their care, analogous to a gaggle of pedophiles judging themselves and then determining if they might be just a little bit wrong in what they were doing to the "Indian" children, entrusted to their care, grrrrr these are some sick sick mofos and they should be punished by paying for their crimes against the Indigenous peoples' humanity; most cannot afford the medical bills most need to carry on, such as, " Post-traumatic stress disorder therapy and or medication, these monsters have to do the right thing, and be accountable for all the physical and psychological harm they have caused to the many Indigenous alumni of these "Indian" residential schools in Canada. here is the link that explains the PTSD so many of the survivors suffer from, http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/PMH0001923/
